Gluten Free Birthday Cake

My baby turned two.  A good friend of ours is severely allergic to gluten, so I made my first gluten free birthday cake.  It is a white cake with strawberry icing.
Just 3 easy steps
1.  Any old gluten free baking mix
2.  Omit the flour, baking soda, or rise agents
3.   Replace the called for amount of flour with the equivalent amount of baking mix.
That easy.

The strawberry icing was a first for me.  I used this recipe which was very good.  The salt added somethin' special.
